To facilitate the large number of passengers expected to travel during this festive season, 600 more special buses will be operated from 7 major cities to Chennai till Jan.1.
Arrangements have been made to facilitate the return of travelers from their hometowns to Chennai after the English New Year and half-yearly holidays. Special buses will be operated from Nellai, Nagercoil, Madurai, Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Trichy to Chennai till January 1.
It is reported that 600 buses will be operated in addition to the daily buses to Chennai.
Moreover, special officers will be deployed in major bus stands to help passengers. Also, arrangements have made to operate buses to cities including Coimbatore, Puducherry and Erode. Passengers can book tickets using www.tnstc.in and using TNSTC Official App.
