BJP TRIUMPHS VICTorious in Gujarat Elections 2022: Wins 147 seats to beat own record

The BJP recorded a landslide win in Gujarat with the Congress and the AAP taking the 2nd and the 3rd position in the state, respectively. PM Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah congratulate Gujarat for the historic win.The Party even smashed the records of the 2002 election where under the leadership of chief minister Narendra Modi they won 147 seats.

The Incumbent chief minister Bhupendra Pate will be sworn in as the chief minister on December 12 at 2pm. PM Modi posted a heartfelt message thanking Gujarat for the huge mandate. “I am overcome with a lot of emotions seeing the phenomenal election results. People blessed politics of development and at the same time expressed a desire that they want this momentum to continue at a greater pace. I bow to Gujarat’s Jan Shakti,” PM Modi said.

He also thanked all the ‘Karyakartas’ who made this victory possible for the party.

Rahul Gandhi accepted the mandate of the people and said he will strive to work harder and continue fighting for the ideals of the country.
