Director Vetrimaaran’s ‘Viduthalai’ is one of the most talked about films of the year. Soori and Vijay Sethupathi are headlining the lead roles in the upcoming period crime thriller. The makers completed the shooting last year and are also working on the post-production at a rapid pace.
Viduthalai is made in two parts, produced by Elred Kumar under the banner RS Infotainment. Meanwhile, Red Giant Movies bagged the theatrical distribution rights of the movie in Tamil Nadu. According to the latest reports, the team is planning to release the first part on March 31. The promotional works are set to begin soon.
Sources say that the makers have planned an audio and trailer launch event for Viduthalai on March 8. Reportedly, an official announcement regarding the same will be made very soon. The film stars Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, Bhavani Sre, Prakash Raj, Gautham Menon, Chethan and many others. Ilaiyaraaja is composing the musical score for the movie.
