There’s good news for ‘Demonte Colony fans’. The latest buzz is that the horror franchise is all set to get two more films.
The film’s director R Ajay Gnanamuthu had recently revealed that certain portions for the third film in the franchise and few points that connect the third and fourth film have been shot.
He added that the second film from the franchise, ‘Demonte Colony 2’, will have elements of prequel and sequel.
In the meantime, the motion poster of the second part was released by the team.
The power-packed pulse- pounding motion poster shows a graveyard and a star symbol and Arulnithi as a ghost.
Taking to his social media handle, the film’s lead actor Arulnithi wrote, “Welcome to the Darkness! Presenting the first look of #DemonteColony2 a Pulse-pounding horror thriller on the way to cinemas soon. #VengeanceOfTheUnholy #DarknessWillRule #2023WillBeDark (sic).”
The star cast for the second film comprises Priya Bhavani Shankar, Antti Jaaskelainen, Tsering Dorjee, Arunpandian, Muthukumar, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Sarjano Khalid and Archana Ravichandran.
Music for ‘Demonte Colony 2’ is by Sam CS. While the cinematography is by Harish Kannan, editing is by Kumaresh D.The film is bankrolled by Bobby Balachandran, Vijayasubramanian and RC Rajkumar.
