The first-look poster of Malavika Mohanan from Pa Ranjith’s much-awaited production, ‘Thangalaan’, is out.
The team shared the poster on the occasion of Malavika’s birthday today and captioned it, “A powerful and modern force redefining herself Wishing the fierce and fabulous @MalavikaM_ a wonderful birthday Here’s to a year filled with strength, talent, and empowerment!#HBDMalavikaMohanan #Thangalaan (sic).”
Malavika is seen in a fierce avatar and looks like a queen in the poster.
She is also seen leading the way with an army of men and women in tow.
It looks like she will be seen as a powerful leader in the film, going by the poster.
The unique look has set the internet on fire and has come as a huge surprise to fans.
Earlier, Malavika had stated that ‘Thangalaan’ was the toughest film she has worked in so far.
The film has Malavika teaming up with Vikram, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan and Pasupathi in the lead.
The story is said to be inspired from a real-life incident that took place in the Kolar Gold Fields in Karnataka.
